A reserve bid and a set price are not the same number, which is why they have their own column and are never averaged together. Council sets a reserve under MGA s.419 as the floor bidding opens at, close to market value, so a parcel will not sell for less and may well sell for more. A set price is what a municipality will actually take for a lot it owns. Only the second one is a price you can pay.

Sorted cheapest first. Click any column to re-sort. Parcels with no published size sort to the bottom of the size and price-per-acre columns rather than the top, because an absent number is not a small one.
