These are reserve bids, the floor council set under MGA s.419, "as close as reasonably possible to market value". They are not the prices parcels sold for. We have not published realised sale prices yet: capturing them from municipal minutes is work in progress, and we would rather show nothing than a reserve dressed up as a result.
